◘ NO SEASON 2: will be made. The manga is getting too dark and the anime did everything they could to make it lighthearted for the young audiences to join the Gakuen Alice fun. The manga will be continuing the series, along with the dark and mature side of Gakuen Alice.
◘ DIFFERNCE: The anime and manga is a little different from each other, but you could still read from where the anime ended in the manga, without missing too much (the plotline is there, just you be missing some humourous panels, but not too much)
◘ READING…: Start reading at Vol6 – Chapter 29 (since the latest chapter released is chapter 113, you have a whooping 84 chapters >_< - thats alot...until you start reading it in one night like I usually do >.>

You really should start at the beginning. All mangas are different from their anime. Well all books that are made into movies or vice versa are different. And I’m off track… anyway most mangas have more details or give more information. And some of them the summary is the sames as the anime, but at the same time every different. A example is Ultra Maniac in the anime Nina Sakura is witch failure who comes to earth to find the five holy stones to become stronger and if she finds all of them she gets to marry the prince, also so she is too weak to cast spell without her pc. While in the manga she is a witch failure who comes to earth to study abroad and a man from the most prestigious learning institute come to invite her to the school and becomes a powerful witch, also she uses a pc not because she too weak, but because she is too strong. So I say start at the beginning. Their might be a season 2 in the future.
