Funimation has posted the first two English-dubbed episodes of the GONZO animated hit Strike Witches ahead of its DVD release in April. Related posts:
Funimation is now streaming the first five English dubbed episodes of Slayers Revolution on YouTube along with a companion English dubbed trailer. The distributor is also hailing this as an event as the original English dub cast for the initial American release of the first series has been reunited and are reprising their respective roles. Being one of the few latino anime journalists in this little game, I’ve noticed in the years since the introduction of anime on DVD that many licensors and distributors would include Spanish dubs/subs on many titles, with the two biggest properties in terms of recognition in the US being Neon Genesis Evangelion and Dragon Ball [...] Not long after the announcement of the FLCL rescue and forthcoming release on Blu-Ray, rumors started popping up that Funimation would be redubbing the show with its own stable. |
