Fate Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works Film Soundtrack Dated After Delays

Following up on a previous report, the official Twitter feed for the currently screening Fate Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works film has confirmed the release date for the delayed film soundtrack.

The soundtrack will now be released on April 28th in Japan and is composed and arranged by noted composer Kenji Kawai, best known for scoring the Fate Stay Night TV anime and Ghost in The Shell Innocence with 22 tracks, including the theme sung by peformer Sachi Tainaka.

The soundtrack was initially delayed to January 25th (two days after the film’s initial release) from its original early January release date before the film’s premiere, with no official explanation for the delays.

Fate/Stay Night Fortune Book Launching on February 26th in Japan

Following up, the same Twitter account for the feature film has also announced the forthcoming release of the companion “fortune-telling book” titled Fate stay night the fortune-teller.

The book will be launched on February 26th and feature Shiro and Saber, Rin and Archer against the other characters in the franchise in a fortune telling game that also functions as an introduction to the franchise.

A recent Twitter post from the dedicated account for the currently screening Fate Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works feature film has confimed that the soundtrack for the film will be released, with more details forthcoming at a later date.

The soundtrack was initially delayed to January 25th from its original early January release date, with no official explanation for the delays.
